摘要: 多胺是生物体代谢过程中产生的具有生物活性的低分子量脂肪族含氮碱,多胺同植物代谢及贮藏保鲜的关系问题已经成为近年来研究的热点之一。本文综述了多胺与植物生长发育,多胺与植物体抗性,多胺的测定方法,多胺与果实采后生理和贮藏保鲜的关系,旨在为多胺在果实采后生理领域的研究和应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Polyam ine is a kind ofaliphatic alkali,w hich contains nitrogen.Ithas bioactivity and is producedin the course of M etabolism .It is becom ing one of the popular research fields of studying relationship be-tween polyam ine and botanic m etabolism ,preservation of fruits.In this paper,relationships betweenpolyam ine and botanic grow th,fastness,m ensuration,preservation of fruits are studied.The paper aim s toprovide theory foundations for using polyam ine in the dom ain of post-harvest physiology.
