溶出伏安法测定姜中姜辣素含量的研究

摘要: 本文详细研究了用玻碳电极溶出伏安法测定姜辣素含量的方法和实验条件。实验发现,在溶出过程中,姜辣素在玻碳电极上出现一敏锐氧化峰(+0.17V),且峰电流(ip)与浓度(C)在5×10-4~1×10-5mol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,用于姜辣素提取物的含量测定,结果满意。

Abstract: The method and conditions for quantitative determination of Gingerol extracted by anodic stripping voltammetry were studied systematically.A sensitive Oxidation peak(+0.17V) of Gingerol extracted was observed on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The peak currents were linear with the concentrations in the range from 5×10-4 to 1×10-5 mol/L.This method has been successfully applied to the quantitative determination of Gingerol extracted in Ginger oleoresins.
