大豆胚轴中B类、E类和DDMP大豆皂甙的分离纯化

摘要: 从大豆胚轴提取总糖甙,以C18柱层析法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分离纯化B类皂甙Ba和Bb、E类皂甙Bd和Be、DDMP皂甙αg和βg。各单体经薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法分析其纯度,用红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振(NMR)技术确定其结构。

Abstract: Total glycosides were extracted from soybean hypocotyl.The Group B saponin Ba and Bb,Group E saponin Bd and Be and DDMP saponin αg and βg were isolated and purified by C18 column chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The purity of isolate was detected with thin layer chromatogragh(TLC) and HPLC,the structure was confirmed with infrared(IR) spectra,mass spectra(MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra.
