摘要: 采用超滤法从初乳中初步分离乳铁蛋白。研究了错流方式的板式膜组件的切向流速、初乳乳清的浓度、操作压差等对渗透通量的影响,并建立了超滤的数学模型。

Abstract: The method for isolation of lactoferrin from colostrum by ultrafiltration was studied. A plate module with cross-flow was chosen. The effects of tangential flow rate, the concentration of colostrum whey and pressure drop on the flux through the ultrafiltration membrane were investigated and a mathematic resistance model of flux has been established.
