固定化真菌解毒酶对花生油中AFB1的去除作用的初步研究

摘要: 利用固定化真菌解毒酶法对花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1去除。用吸附法将真菌粗酶分别固定在甘蔗渣、活性炭、壳聚糖三种介质上,研究其对花生油中的黄曲霉毒素B1去毒效果。实验结果表明:活性炭固定的真菌粗酶酶活力保持时间长,且有较好的去毒效果,而甘蔗渣、壳聚糖效果不理想。

Abstract: In order to detoxity the AFB1 in peanut oil, the fungal multienzyme was separately immobilized on three media:bagasse,active carbon and chitosan,with abosorption method.Active carbon was proved to be the most effective way to immobilize the multienzyme,maitain its activity,the chitosan and bagasse were less effective.
