刺梨总黄酮的含量测定及资源利用

摘要: 目的:测定刺梨中总黄酮的含量,为进一步天发利用贵州丰富的刺梨资源提供科学依据。方法:正交设计优选刺梨中总黄酮的提取条件,用芦丁作对照品、三氯化铝作显色剂、测定波长在420nm、比色法测定刺梨中总黄酮含量。结果:优选提取条件是:用65%乙醇提取4h、每次提取体积100ml、提取一次。测定刺梨中总黄酮的含量,1、2、3号样分别为0.773%、0.874%、0.893%。结论:优选提取方法效率高,含量测定方法操作简便,准确,稳定性好。

Abstract: Object:To provide scientific basis for further developing and using ric h Cili resources in Guizhou.Methods:The content of total flavon oids was measured,using rutin as con trol and aluminumtrichloride as colori-metricreagentandcolorimetricass ayat420nm.Result:Theoptimumextr actionconditions were:toextract4hwith65%C 2 H 5 OH?with extract volume 100ml everytime .The content of total flavonoid of1?2and 3were 0.773%?0.874%and0.893%respectively.Con dition:Theoptimumextractionmeth odwas efficient.Thedeteminationo f the flavonoid content was simple,steady,accurate and reproducible.
