摘要: 采用气相色谱、氨基酸分析、红外光谱等方法检测鲨鱼软骨制品中有机物与无机物组成,尤其是对糖蛋白和蛋白多糖内中性糖成分、特定氨基酸的检验,可对市场上各种鲨鱼软骨制品的质量状况作出比较全面而准确的评价。

Abstract: Use synthetically GC.IR and amino acid analyzer for determinaton of the organic composition and inorganic matter in Shark Cartilage prducts.
