摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究了HDPE瓶装保鲜奶在二次灭菌过程中瓶内压力的变化规律，通过模拟实验测定了HDPE瓶的变形量，建立了HDPE瓶变形量随温度及压力差变化的二元回归方程。在此基础上测试得到了HDPE瓶及其铝箔封口的临界压力差。

关键词: 瓶内压力, 锅内压, 变形量, 临界压力差

Abstract: The paper established dualism regression equation for HDPE bottle’s deformation.various temperatures and pressure differences by means of simulated test to determine the HDPE bottle’s detbrmationa degree in two sterilization processes The critical pressure differences between the inside of a HDPE bottle and its aluminum foil seal were obtained.
