麦麸膳食纤维的研究

摘要:  对麦麸水溶性膳食纤维的提取方法、化学性质、化学成分及其毒理指标,急性毒性、小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变研究表明:提取工艺切实可行,小鼠经口LD50实验属实际无毒物质。染色体畸变检测未见对细胞致突变作用;MI结果未发现对骨髓细胞毒性。

Abstract: This article made a research on method of extracting dietary fibre from wheat bran, the condition of extracting,its chemical property,and its chemical composition .At same time we performed some test on its poisonous patholohy index :Acute poisonousness test and ratmarrow cell chromosome distortion test. The conclusions are:The process of extracting is feasible The LD50 by going through rat mouth indicated that the actual situation is nonpoisonous;The result of chromosome distortion test did not show its action on causing mammal cell division test (MI) did not show its action on causing mammal cell mutation. Cell division indexation test (MI ) did not show poisoning on marrow cell.
