摘要: 研究木棉花色素的提取工艺和基本性质。结果表明:木棉花色素溶于乙醇溶液,难溶于水、丙酮和无水乙醚;对光、还原剂、氧化剂、糖类较稳定,金属离子对其有一定影响,但对热不稳定,受pH影响很大。

Abstract: The extraction technology. basic properties and stability of Kapok flower pigment were studide in this paper.The effects of pH value .sunlight. temperature.oxidizer .reductant metallic ions. carbohydrates on the stability of the pigment were studide.
