牛磺酸的提制

摘要: 牛磺酸的制取以往均采用人工合成法。本文建立了从水产品中提取天然牛磺酸的方法,产品经纯化含量可达98%,适用于食品添加剂、饮料等。

Abstract: Taurine was usually made by synthsis. This paper establishes a method of extract taurine from marineproducts.After purification the taurine content can be up to 98%. It can be used as food and drink additive.
