微孔滤膜富集邻联吡啶分光光度法测定微量铁

摘要: 本文介绍了铁(Ⅱ)与邻联吡啶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成的三元络合物,通过微孔滤膜富集分离,用二甲基亚砜将膜及络合物溶解,在分光光度计上测定吸光度,从而建立了测定微量铁的新方法。络合物在溶剂中的最大吸收波长为530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε530=1.42×10(4)L/mol.cm,铁的含量在02.5ug/ml范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律。本方法灵敏度较高,选择性很高,用于食品中微量铁的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: A new method of determination of micro iron was established By preconcentration with micro filtermembranes the complex of Fe- a, a -bipyridine -SDBS and the membrane are dissolved in DMSO and the iron isdetermined by spectrophotometric determination of absorbance of the organic system its maximum absorption isobserved at 530um with the apparent molar absorptivity being 1 .42 × 104L/ml.cm For iron content within 0 ~ 2.5 μg/ml it follows Beer ’s Law The method has higher sensitivity especially its selectivity is perfect Satisfactory resultswere abtained for the determination of micro iron in food.
