摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人乳低聚糖是一类存在于人乳中的天然低聚糖。它不仅具有抵御肠道病原微生物感染,而且还有维持肠道生态平衡的双重作用。其它许多生物学功能正在研究中。在人类与病原菌的抗争中,人乳低聚糖的开发和应用给了我们一个新的理念,并提供了一条有效的途径。

Abstract: Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMO)is a sort of natural oligosaccharides existing in human milk.They not only have protective functions against intestinal infections but also play an important role in keeping gastrointestinal ecosystem balance. In addition,they also have many other important biological functions under investigation.In the struggle of human being against pathological microorganisms,HMO offers us a new concept and a valuable choice.
