糖浆的浓度对材料腐蚀速度影响的研究

摘要: 采用失重法,测定了不同浓度的糖浆对制糖工业中常用材料碳素钢A3的腐蚀速度的影响,结果表明:随着糖浆浓度的增加,其腐蚀速度逐渐减小,糖浆的浓度与腐蚀速度呈显著线性关系,直线回归方程为V=6.357-8016C,线性系数r=0.9973,并进一步分析了其腐蚀机理。

Abstract: Weight -loss method was adopted to determine the effect of different concentration Syrup to the corrosionof conventional material(carbon steel A3) in sugar industry the result showed The higher syrup concentration is,theslower corrosion rate is the relation of the syrup concentration and corrosion rate is significent linear relationshiplinear regression equation is V=6.357-8.016C,correlation coefficient is r=0.9973 and the corrosion mechanism isfurther analysed.
