摘要: 本实验对醇沉淀得到的库拉索芦荟多糖先后用DEAE—纤维素和SephendexG—200进行了分级纯化,得AP—A—2中性多糖单一组分,并研究了其体外抗氧化活性。实验证明,AP-A-2有较高的清除和H2O2能力,但对•OH的清除能力较弱,对脂质过氧化无明显抑制。-O2•

Abstract: Aloe Polysaccharide was purified by DEAE-Cellulose and SephendexG-200 sequentially.A pure neutral polysaccharide AP-A-2 was gotten.It was proven by the test that AP-A-2 shows no evident effect in scavenging . andH2O2but only a little effective in scavenging •OH,but Ap-A-2 showed no evident effect in scavenging R• or ROO•.
