微量悬浮液进样-导数火焰原子吸收法测定玉米面中铜、铁、锌

摘要: 将玉米面烘干、磨细、过筛,制成悬浮液,使用微量悬浮液进样-导数火焰原子吸收法测定样品中铜、铁、锌。相应灵敏度、精密度和检出限分别为0.014μg/ml、3.16%和0.019μg/ml;0.017、3.90%和0.058μg/ml;0.009μg/ml、4.47%和0.013μg/ml。本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于玉米面中铜、铁、锌含量的测定。

Abstract: A new method was described for the determination of copper, iron and zinc in maize flour by micro-suspension sample introduction derivative flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum conditions concerning trace elements the relative sensitivity the accuracy and the detection limits were 0.019μg/ml, 0.058μg/ml and 0.013μg/ml, respectively. This method was sensitive, accurate, precise and rapid.
