摘要: 论述超声波探伤的基本原理,分析可用于食品生产容器和设备的无损超声探伤系统,给出了系统硬件和软件的设计方法。该系统是食品生产安全运行的有力保障。

Abstract: The principle of ultrasonic wave flaw detection,and the analysis of Ultrasonic Flaw Detector system can be used to detect edible product containers and equipment,so as to provide the hardware and software design of the ultrasonic test system. This system can become powerful safeguard for the food security work and the edible food production process.
