菊粉酶解及其酶解液对实验性糖尿病动物血糖影响的研究

摘要:  以10%菊粉提取液为原料,在固定化酶与底物体积比为1:5、pH45、温度50℃、搅拌速度148r/min的条件下,用固定化菊粉酶酸解3h,转化率可达87%。酶解产物中,果糖占76%,葡萄糖占13%,低聚果糖占11%。此酶解液用于实验性糖尿病大鼠试验,证明血糖基本保持不变,而对照组大鼠的血糖升高30%左右。且酶解液中所含的低聚果糖又是对健康有益的双歧杆菌生长因子。故此酶解液可望开发为适合糖尿病患者饮用的产品。

Abstract: With 10% inulin as substrate under volume ratio of immobilized emzyme and substrate 1: 5 pH4.5 50 ℃ and the stir speed 148 round/min, 10% extracted solution of inulin ovas decomposed by immobilized inulinase for three hours.the percent conversion can be up to 87% .In the decomposed products,fructose glucose and fructooligosacoharides constitute 76%, 13% and 10% respectively.A study on diabetic rats.shows that the level of blood glucose almost peeps unchageable in the group which is gave enzymatic hydrolysis solution.In addition, fructooligosaccharides is one kind of bifidobacterial growth factors which is good for health. So enzymatic hydrolysis solution is expected to be exploited kind of suitable drink for diabetic patients.
