摘要: 以磷钨酸为催化剂,用丁醇作共沸脱水剂,由对羟基苯甲酸和正了醇合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯。讨论了该催化酯化反应的各种影响因素,找出了最佳工艺条件。本工艺特点是反应时间短(3.5h),酯收率高(大于92.7%),产品质量好,无需后处理。

Abstract: Synthesis of butyl p - hydroxybenzoate with phospho - tungstic acid catalyst and azeotropism of n butyl alcohol is studied and the optimum reaction conditions are determined. The method shows the advantages of shorter reaction time, higher yield of product and unnecessary post - treatment.
