摘要: 概述了食品增溶剂的定义与食品添加剂的关系和HLB值的范围,阐述了食品增溶剂的作用机理,并对食品增溶剂在食品工业的应用现状及前景作了简要评述。

Abstract: This paper introduced the definition of food solubilizer、the relationship between food solubilizer and food additives and the scope of the HLP, expounded the function principle of food solubilizer, and re-viewed the current situation and prospect of its applications in food industry.
