摘要: 论述了一条米酒生产线的设计,包括总体配置、工艺流程、工艺条件、机械设备等。生产线的工艺及机械设备先进、可靠、成熟,配置合理,能自动控制,连续生产,自动化程度高。生产的产品质量均一稳定、风味纯正、口感良好、色泽雪白。

Abstract: The design of a production line for Chinese Rice Wine was discussed. The design lncluded the whole disposition of line, the discussion and analysis of process and some production technology, and machines or equi pment used. The process technology and equipment used in the line were advanced, reliable and mature, The line was reasonable, operated and controlled automatically and continuously. The Chinese Rice Wine produced in the line had hight quality and better flavour.
