摘要: 采用索氏抽提法、乙醇浸提法、热水浸提法和碱提酸沉法对苦荞麦茎和籽壳中黄酮类化合物(芦丁)进行了提取并筛选出一种可行的提取方法。乙醇提取物的定性鉴定表明苦养麦茎及籽壳中的黄酮类化合物主要为黄酮醇类的芦丁。

Abstract: Four approaches were used to extract flavonoids from the Stems and Shells of Fagopyrum tatarium and a good one was found in this study, Quality analysis of extracted material showed that rutin is the main component of flavonoids.
