豌豆叶绿素抗突变作用的实验研究

摘要:  用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验探讨豌豆叶绿素的抗突变作用。结果:豌豆叶绿素能有效地抑制由环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠PCE微核的发生;在睾丸染色体畸变试验中,表现为对环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠精母细胞染色体畸变的抑制作用,由此表明,豌豆叶绿素是一种有效的抗突变物质。

Abstract:  篢he effect of chlorophyll of pease as inhibitor of mutagencity of cyclophosphamide through mouse bone marrow PCE MN test and mouse orchis chromosome aberration test was studied. The results showed that cholrophyll of pease exhibited potent activity against the mutagenic activity of cyclophosphamide, caused 19. 70% and 40. 10% inhibition in PCE MN test and 39. 34% and 47. 54% in chromosome aberration test repectively. The chlorophyll of pease used as antimutagen or anticarcinogen is very hopeful.
