摘要: 根据“浓度增加法”原理和3个室组成的通透性测定仪测定可食用膜的透氧率,用气相色谱测定气体透过量。结果表明,该方法具有灵敏度高、数据重现性好以及耗时短等特点。

Abstract: The concen t rat ion -increase method and the instrument of permeability cell which consisted of three compartment were used to determine gas permeability of edible films- The Permeating oxygen was measured by gas chromatographic analysis.This method offers several advantages: 1) increased sensitivity. 2) date can be reproducible. 3) decreased time expenditure.
