摘要: 利用GC/MS技术对鲜龙眼肉的挥发性化学成分进行了分析,分离出38个组分,鉴定出苯并噻唑、苯并异噻唑、新戊酸6-苎烯脂等27种化合物。

Abstract: Abastact The volatile chemical constituents fromfresh Arillus Longan were analy zed by GC /MS.38compo-nents were isolated.27compounds we re identified including benzothiazole,benzisothiazole,limonene -6-ol privalate etc.
