血红素在聚吡咯-十二烷基苯磺酸修饰电极上的直接电化学

摘要: 用循环伏安法研究了血红素(Heme)在聚吡咯(Ppy)-十二烷基苯磺酸(DDSB)修饰电极上的直接电化学行为。探讨了影响血红素电化学反应速率的诸因素。并提出了用聚吡咯-十二烷基苯磺酸修饰电极测定的方法。结果表明:聚吡咯是血红素电子转移反应的稳定媒价体,血红素在聚吡咯-十二烷基苯磺酸修饰电极表面起准可逆氧化还原反应,-206.1mv处还原峰电流的1.5次微分与血红素浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-8mol/L范围成线性关系。

Abstract: Electrochemical behavior of heme on polypyrrole -dodecylbenzene sulfo nic acid modified electrode was investigated.Factors affecting electrochemical reaction speed were r esearched by cyclic voltammetry.A n ovel direct electroanalyticalmethodfordeterminationofhemewas developed.Poly pyrrolewas astablemediaforelectr ontransferof heme.Heme was quasi -reversible oxidation -reduced on surface of Ppy -DD SB modified glass -carbon elec-trode.The 1.5 th differential of the sensitive reduction peak electric current occurred at -206.mv could be used to de-termine the trace heme.A linear rela tionship between the concentration and the 1.5 th differential of the peak electric current of heme in the range of5.0×10 -6 ~1.0× -8 was obtained.
