香菇嘌呤的提取、纯化和酯化研究

摘要: 本文介绍了香菇嘌呤的提取、纯化和酯化工艺,以100g干香菇柄为原料,以75%(v/v)乙醇水溶液为萃取剂,在固液比1∶8~1∶10,温度83~85℃的条件下回流2h,可得到浓度约为200~220mg/100ml的香菇嘌呤初提液75ml左右;初提液用阴阳离子双重离子交换层析,可得浓度1.9%左右的香菇嘌呤纯化液3ml,进一步干燥可得纯度为85%左右的香菇嘌呤粉剂。纯化液用300倍的乙醇,在浓硫酸催化下,70℃酯化4h,酯化率70%左右。

Abstract: The studyabouttheextraction,purificationandesterificationoferitadeninewas reportedinthis paper.T he optimumextracting technique was veritied as follows:100grams dry stem of Lentinus edodes were soaked and pu lped with8~10times of75%(v /v)alcoholfor 6hours,thenextractedf or 2hat83~85℃.After being concentr ated,75ml eritadenine solutionwas obtained,where the concentrationwas 200~220mg /100ml.Then,purifying the conce ntrate with two ion exchange chromatographic column,3ml eritadenine refined s olution was obtained,withthe concentration was of 1.9%.Desiccating the solutio n,the eritadenine powder could be ga ined.The refined solution added wit h 300times of95%(v /v)alcoholcatalyzedbyconcentratedv itriolwas esterifiedfor4hours at70℃.Therateofesterification was 70%.
