摘要: 在实验室条件下,考察了噬菌体污染对荧光假单胞菌K1005的2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸发酵的危害。研究结果表明,发酵早期的噬菌体污染减缓菌株对葡萄糖的利用,导致发酵周期大大延长和发酵转化率明显降低。

Abstract: The perniciousness of bacteriophage contamination to 2-keto -D -glucon ic acid fermentation by Pseudomonas fluorescens K1005was studied in the laboratory.The results showed that when bacteriophage contami-nation occurred in the earlier perio d during 2-keto -D -gluconic acid fermentation,the utilization of gluco se was retarded,the conversionrate was re duced notably and the fermentation p eriod was prolongedobviously.
