摘要: 本文对臭氧的特性、杀菌作用机理和特点及其在果蔬清洗、生产用水的回收及其贮藏中的应用进行了综述。

Abstract: The physicochemical properties and the sterilization mechanism of ozone were reviewed, and its applications in washing and storing of fresh fruits and vegetables, sterilizing of water for their processing and recycling of waste water were also introduced.
