Fresh-keeping Storage of Nai Plum

摘要: 通过5因素多水平正交试验,对(木 奈)李的贮藏效果和贮藏过程中生理生化指标的变化规律进行了分析.结果以塑料薄膜密封包装十内放C2H4吸收剂+变温十采后第2天处理十无钙膜剂十双胍盐效果最好,好果率达97%。

Abstract: Through the analysis by the mixed Orthogonal Experiment (5 factor multilevels), the effect and the physiological and biochemical changes were investigated . The fifth treatment i. e sealing in a plastic package with a C2H4 absorber intermittently warming , use of a non-Calcium coating agent , treated in the second-day after harvesting and guaza-time was found to be the best.
