摘要: 运用线性规划法设计了婴幼儿断乳配方食品,应用粉末油脂有效地解决了V_A、V_D的添加和营养油氧化酸化酸败的问题。

Abstract:  Formulated weaning foods for infants and young children were designed by Linear Programming (LP) ac-cording to the Chinese Standard GB (10769-89) . The problem of adding VA, VD and the oxygenolysis of nutritional oil was solved effectively with the app lication of microcapsulated oils and fats powder in ingredients.
