顶空气相色谱法测深色酒中微量甲醇

摘要: 甲醇是酒精饮料中的有害成分,其检测方法主要有品红亚硫酸比色法和气相色谱法两种,但对于像有色酒和药酒等颜色较深、成分复杂的酒,品红亚硫酸比色法的误差及重现性均较差,而采用气相色谱法直接进样又极易污染色谱柱。因此,在检测前对样品必须进行蒸馏或多次蒸馏或其它预处理。本文采用HSGC法测定了五种深色酒中微量甲醇,避免了样品的预处理,且方法简便、快速,准确性和重现性均较好。
