摘要: 以水为介质,对柚皮进行微波处理的结果表明,微波能有效地破坏柚皮的组织结构,有利于天然色素的浸出,提高了浸取效率,能获得纯度较高的天然色素产品。

Abstract: Usingwater as thesolvent,naturalp igmentwas extractedbymicrowaveir radiation.Theresults showedthat microwave could more effectively di sintegrate the tissue of pomelo peel,improve the extraction efficiency of natrual pigment and obtaina product with hig her purity incomparisonwith the tra ditional heating method.
