Abstract�� Usingwater as thesolvent,naturalp igmentwas extractedbymicrowaveir radiation.Theresults showedthat microwave could more effectively di sintegrate the tissue of pomelo peel,improve the extraction efficiency of natrual pigment and obtaina product with hig her purity incomparisonwith the tra ditional heating method.
