低聚壳聚糖及其稀土(LaCl3.nH2O)配合物的抗氧化活性研究

摘要: 活性氧(O2、OH、H2O2、1O2等)在人体医学、食品及化妆品等领域都有很重要的作用,寻找能清除多余活性氧、对人体无毒的抗氧化剂有着重要的意义。本研究探讨自制低聚壳聚糖及其稀土金属配合物对O2和猪油的抗氧化活性,结果显示低聚壳聚糖及其稀土金属配合物对O2和猪油均有明显的抗氧化活性,与常用抗氧化VE、THBQ性能相近。

Abstract: Activeoxygenplaysanimportantroleinmedicine,foodandcosmetic.Toavoidthedamagebroughtbyactive oxygen,it’ s necessary to develop safe,efficie nt antioxidative agents.Lowmolecu lar weight chitosan(LCTS)andits complex with LaCl3.nH2 O(LCTS -La(Ⅲ))were prepared.the activities of LCTS andLCTS -La(Ⅲ)for eliminating were invesitgated.Both of the above compounds showed excellent ability for scanvenging O2,and the activity of LCTS -La(Ⅲ)was higher than that of chitosan.Fro mthe result of Na2S2O3-I2 titration,both chitosanand LCTS -L a(Ⅲ)expressedgoodantioxidative activ ity to lard.
