摘要: 采用MS、HPLC-MS联用法对脂肪酸聚甘油酯样品进行测定。通过直接进样APCI质谱分析,来确定样品组分:根据有关选择离子对样品中各酯的相对含量进行分析。

Abstract: MS and HPLC-MS techniques are applied in the determination of polyglycerol fatty acid ester.The component of polyglycerol ester can be analyzed by injecting sample directly in the APCI mass spectrometry .Esters in polyglycerol esters of fatty acids can probably be quantified respectively by selective ion diagram.
