摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本研究建立了从多种精加工和深加工食品中提取 DNA的简便、易操作的方法。根据转基因农作物最常使用的外源基因设计引物，采用荧光 PCR－ GeneScan技术，在食品中检测出 35S启动子、 NOS终止子、 nptII标记基因以及目的基因 Cry和 EPSPS等转基因成分，并对 PCR产物进行测序或酶切分析确认，防止假阳性。

Abstract: This study reports a qualiative detection for transgenic genes(35S,NOS,nptII,Cry,35S＋ CTP of CP4 EPSPS)in processed foods by a PCR－ GeneScan method.A easy and rapid food DNA extraction and PCR－ GeneScan for detect PCR products are useful for legal or commercial detection of genetically modified food(GM food).
