离子沉淀——絮凝综合脱咖啡碱的茶多酚生产新工艺

摘要: 提出一种非溶剂法脱咖啡碱,生产低咖啡碱含量茶多酚的新工艺。实验研究了乙醇水溶液环境中离子沉淀法分离茶多酚、絮凝法进一步脱除沉淀酸转溶液中咖啡碱的新工艺过程。结果表明,新工艺具有产品的咖啡碱含量低、茶多酚收率高、工艺简单等特点,并且避免了传统工艺使用有毒的有机溶剂氯仿进行萃取,提高了生产及产品的安全性。

Abstract: This paper studied a new technology for producing decaffeined tea polyphenols(TP) from sresh tea leaves.Process of ion precipitation to separate TP in the medium of mixed solvent composed of water and alcohol and process of floculation to remove caffeine from the precipitation tracsfomation solution were studied experimentally.The results showed that in this new technology,product of TP with low caffeine content and good production yield could be gained.Meanwhile it can avoid suing noxious organic solvent and raise the safety of production process.
