摘要: 提出了茶叶生物技术的基本概念,综述酶工程、细胞工程、基因工程及发酵工程四大生物工程技术在茶学领域的应用现状,并据此提出了今后进一步开展这方面研究的方向。

Abstract: In this paper,the concept of tea biotechnology and the application of biotechnology such as enzyme engineering,cell engineering,genetic engineering and fermentation engineering in tea were studied. Then based on these,the fields to be turther were suggested.
