马尾藻海藻酸钠抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘要: 自马尾藻中提取的海藻酸钠,经腹腔注射(200mg/kg体重·d)于荷瘤小鼠体内。连续给药9d后测定小鼠瘤重,实验显示马尾藻海藻酸钠对小鼠艾氏腹水瘤、内瘤S-180表现出明显的抑制效果。抑瘤率分别为31.76%和30.43%。

Abstract: Alginate extracted from sargassum showed obvious antitumor effect on EAC and S-180 of mouse and the inhibition ratios were 31.76% and 30.43% respectively.
