灵芝生物活性肽的分离及组成研究

摘要:  本文采用Cu-Sephadex G-25 柱层析法将灵芝水的提取超滤膜过滤物中小肽与游离氨基酸有效地分离。经氨基酸分析确定肽的纯度和组成,肽除具有较好的抗羟基自由基活性外,还具有较高的必需氨基酸含量。经毛细管电泳分析初步认为得到13种肽。

Abstract:  The peptides and amino acids in Ganoderma Lucidum extraction were separated by means of Cu-Sephadex G-25 Column Chromatography.The purity and amino acids constitution of peptides were determined by using Amino Acids Analyzer.There were 13 peptides’ peaks in capillary electrophoresis figure.
