原料乳中产β-内酰胺酶菌株的快速筛选和鉴定

摘要: 利用青霉素-藤黄微球菌-TSA培养基建立一种快速筛选原料乳中产β-内酰胺酶细菌的方法,该筛选方法比常规方法更加便捷,易于观察,并且具有很高的特异性分离鉴别能力,同时通过细菌16S rDNA序列比对方法来鉴定所分离的产酶菌的种属。结果表明,原料乳中存在产β-内酰胺酶的菌株,主要产酶菌为大肠杆菌。

Abstract: Penicillin-Micrococcus luteus-TSA medium plates were used to establish a method for the rapid isolation of β-lactamase-producing bacteria in raw milk. This method revealed a more convenient and simpler observation than conventional methods, and could provide highly specific isolation. 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis allowed the assignment of the β-lactamase-producing bacterial isolates obtained in this study. As a result, Escherichia coli was the dominant β-lactamase-producing strain in raw milk.
