摘要/Abstract

摘要： 摘要：脂肪酸乙酯(Fatty acid ethyl esters ，FAEEs)是乙醇经非氧化代谢途径的产物，其在诱导器官损害方面扮演着重要的角色，可作为长期摄入酒精的标记物。全文对FAEEs在体内的毒性、作为酒精摄入标记物的证据、相关合成酶提取以及FAEEs的检测的研究进展进行了综述。
