摘要: 采用气相色谱法对干海参中六六六、滴滴涕残留量进行不确定度评定,建立不确定度评估模型,评估方法的偏倚和精密度,并通过对不确定度分量的分析计算,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。该方法实用性强,模型简单、易懂,具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract: Uncertainty evaluation model was established for evaluating determination results of HCH and DDT in dried cucumber by gas chromatography. In this paper, the bias and precision of determination method was evaluated. The key factors for measurement results during the analysis process were discussed. Meanwhile, the composed and expanded uncertainties were evaluated. This uncertainty evaluation model was practical, simple and easy to understand and valuable as the reference.
