气相色谱-质谱联用法测定玉米须多糖的单糖组成

Determination of Monosaccharides Hydrolyzed from Corn Silk Polysaccharide by GC-MS

摘要: 对玉米须多糖进行提取,气相色谱-质谱联用测定多糖中单糖组成。采用水提醇沉法从玉米须中提取粗多糖,经脱色和除蛋白后,使用Sephadex G-100进行纯化,得到玉米须多糖,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定玉米须多糖的单糖组分为共有6种,其中以葡萄糖为主,其他5种组分分别为阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、木糖和来苏糖。

Abstract: Corn silk polysaccharides were obtained by water extraction and ethanol precipitation, decolorized, deproteinized and purified by Sephadex G-100 column chromatography. GC-MS analysis showed that the purified polysaccharides consisted of 6 monosaccharides. Among them, glucose was predominant and others were arabinose, galactose, mannose, xylose and lyxose.
