摘要: 酶是一种高专一性的生物催化剂,在化工、农业、医药、食品、纺织、饲料等领域具有广泛应用。常见的酶表达宿主包括大肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌、丝状真菌、酵母、乳酸菌等。不同类型的表达宿主具有不同的特点,如细菌宿主可用来快速地过量表达原核来源的酶,但真核来源的大分子蛋白由于翻译后修饰的原因往往不能在细菌表达系统中正确表达,仅可以在真核表达宿主中正确表达。近年来利用不同表达宿主实现工业酶的高效异源表达取得了很大进展。本文系统总结了在不同表达宿主中实现工业酶高效异源表达策略的最新研究进展,并对工业酶高效异源表达技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
