蓝莓果汁及不同纯度蓝莓花色苷对SHR血压的影响

Effect of Blueberry Juice and Different Purity Blueberry Anthocyanins on Blood Pressure of SHR

摘要: 摘要:以蓝莓果汁及不同纯度蓝莓花色苷提取物为原料灌胃12周龄原发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和 Wistar 大鼠,研究花色苷提取纯化对其降压效果影响。采用蓝莓果汁(A)(花色苷的质量分数为1.00%)及不同纯度的花色苷(花色苷含量的质量分数分别为8.66%(B)、38.49%(C)、94.42%(D))灌胃原发性高血压大鼠(SHR),灌胃剂量以花色苷计。其中,A的灌胃剂量为94.4、472.1、944.2 mg/kg m,B的灌胃剂量为10.9、54.5、109.0 mg/kg m,C的灌胃剂量为2.5、12.3、24.5 mg/kg m,D的灌胃剂量为1.0、5.0、10.0 mg/kg m。结果表明:灌胃同剂量(折合花青素)的蓝莓果汁与蓝莓皮渣提取物(不同纯度花色苷提取物)相比,其对SHR的降压效果有显著差异(p<0.05),而同剂量的蓝莓皮渣提取物对SHR 的降压效果无显著差异(p>0.05)。其中,高剂量果汁(A)和不同纯度花色苷(B,C,D)灌胃SHR,灌胃后在4或5小时其收缩压分别降低了38.45、32.57、33.09 、33.41mmHg。因此,蓝莓对高血压改善作用的功能成分是花色苷;蓝莓果汁的其他成分对花色苷的降血压功能有增强作用。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to investigate effect of blueberry juice and different purity blueberry anthocyanins on blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR), blueberry juice (A) (mass fraction of anthocyanins is 1.00% ) and different purity anthocyanins (mass fraction of anthocyanins is 8.66% (B) , 38.49% (C), 94.42% (D)) were prepared, and then were to oral gavaged 12-week-old male SHR and Wistar rats with different doses (A: 94.4, 472.1, 944.2 mg/kg m; B: 10.9, 54.5, 109.0 mg/kg m; C: 2.5, 12.3, 24.5 mg/kg m; D: 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 mg/kg m). The results showed that it has significant difference (p<0.05)using blue berry juice and extractive from blueberry skin slag to oral gavage SHR in the same dose( same quality in anthocyanin), and it has not significant difference (p>0.05)using extractive from blueberry skin slag to oral gavage SHR in the same dose( same quality in anthocyanin). Using blue berry juice(A) and extractive from blueberry skin slag(B, C and D )to oral gavage SHR in high dose( same quality in anthocyanin), after 4h or 5h, SHR systolic pressure gone down 38.45、32.57、33.09 、33.41mmHg, respectively. Therefore,the functional ingredients to hypertension improvement in blueberry are anthocyanins; other ingredients of blueberry juice can enhance the antihypertensive function of anthocyanins.
