枣核木醋液的化学成分及抑菌活性

Chemical constituents and antimicrobial activities of pyroligneous acid of jujube pit

摘要: 为了充分利用枣核资源,以枣核为原料采用干馏法(150~400℃)制得枣核木醋液,并采用气相色谱—质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析了其化学成分,通过对大肠杆菌、青霉菌及石榴干腐病菌的抑菌试验评价其抑菌活性。结果显示,枣核木醋液中含有约35种有机化合物,主要为酚类、酮类、有机酸类、醛类和杂环化合物等,其中含量最多的是酚类、酮类化合物和有机酸,三者占总检出成分的71.01%。枣核木醋液对大肠杆菌、青霉菌及石榴干腐病菌均有抑制作用,并呈现剂量依赖效应。表明枣核木醋液具有较强的抑菌活性,初步分析酚类物质和有机酸是其抑菌的主要有效成分。

Abstract: To achieve the comprehensive utilization of jujube pit, pyroligneous acid was prepared by pyrolyzing jujube pit. Pyroligneous acids of jujube pit collected at temperature range 150~400℃ were obtained. Chemical constituents of the pyroligneous acid were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Antimicrobial activities of pyroligneous acid were tested by using Escherichia coli, Penicillium glaucum and Coniella granati. The results showed that 35 compounds were found by GC-MS analysis from the pyroligneous acid, mainly phenols, ketones, organic acids, aldehydes and heterocyclic compounds, et al. Among them, the most abundant is phenols, ketones and organic acid, which accounted for 71.01% of total detection. All the pyroligneous acids with different contents showed antimicrobial activities, and significant dose-dependent effect. It is suggested that phenols and organic acids were the active components for antimicrobial activities.
