Research progress of Nucleotide Aptamer-based Sensor in Milk Detection

摘要: 近些年食品安全问题频发,牛奶质量安全及掺假问题备受关注。核酸适配体传感器是新兴的检测方法,具有特异性强、灵敏度高、操作方便等优点。将核酸适配体传感器用于牛奶检测是将来的一个发展方向。本文主要对近年来应用核酸适配体传感器检测牛奶中致病菌、抗生素、生物毒素、重金属和其它微量有害物质进行了综述,并且对这种检测方法目前存在的问题和未来的发展前景进行了分析,为这种新兴的技术更好地应用于牛奶检测提供一些参考。

Abstract: In recent years, frequent food safety issues had appeared. Milk adulteration and quality safety get more concerns. Nucleotide aptamer-based sensor is a new detection method, which has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and easy operation. Using nucleotide aptamer-based sensor for milk detection is a future development direction. In this paper, we reviewed the application of the nucleotide aptamer-based sensor in the detection of pathogenic bacteria, antibiotics, biological toxins, heavy metals and other harmful trace substances in milk. And the existing problems and future development prospects of this detection method are analyzed, which provide some reference for the application of this new technology to the milk detection.
