摘要: 淫羊藿多糖是淫羊藿的主要有效成分之一,具有调节免疫、抗病毒、抗氧化等功能,且安全无毒,具有良好的开发前景。现从化学组成及含量、生物活性、安全性、炮制方法对含量的影响以及提取5个方面,对淫羊藿多糖的研究进展进行综述,探讨淫羊藿多糖的开发前景,为淫羊藿多糖的合理开发利用提供参考。

Abstract: Epimedium polysaccharides are one of the major groups of active ingredients in Epimedium with immunoregulatory, anti-virus and anti-oxidant functions. The polysaccharides are safe and non-poisonous and have excellent development prospects. Here we review recent research progress in the chemical composition and contents, bioactivity, safety and extraction of Epimedium polysaccharides and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine processing on polysaccharide content in Epimedium. Besides, further prospects for exploitation of Epimedium polysaccharides are probed.
