摘要: 本文综述了国内外研究乳酸菌与酵母菌共生关系所进行的相关实验,通过对乳酸菌与酵母菌共生机理的概述,在信号分子水平和基因水平上初步探讨了乳酸菌与酵母菌之间的共生关系,旨在为今后深入研究二者的共生机理提供出新的思路和方法。

Abstract: In this paper, recent research advances in the symbiotic relationship between lactic acid bacteria and yeasts at home and abroad are reviewed. Following an overview of symbiotic mechanisms for lactic acid bacteria and yeasts, the symbiotic relationship between them is probed at the signal molecular level and gene level, with the aim of providing new ideas and methods for future studies of symbiotic mechanisms between lactic acid bacteria and yeasts .
